Terms And Conditions

1. Introduction

This service and invoice terms and conditions are effective as of effective date set above by JB Property and Land Services. 2. Services

JB Property and Land Services provides landscaping, tree services, excavation, property maintenance, and other related outdoor services. Services will be performed in accordance with industry standards.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered (hidden roots, underground utilities, structural or material issues, etc.)

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept:

• Cash
• Check
• Zelle

Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. Unpaid balances may incur late fees.

For larger projects, a deposit may be required before scheduling.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.

• Less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be billed up to 25% of the scheduled service total.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide clear access to work areas
• Disclose known hazards (sprinkler lines, septic systems, utilities, etc.)
• Secure pets and remove valuables from work areas

JB Property and Land Services is not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground utilities or improperly marked lines.

7. Property Conditions

Client acknowledges that landscaping, tree removal, excavation, and other heavy equipment operations may result in unavoidable and reasonable impact to the property.

The Company is not responsible for:

· Lawn depressions, ruts, or soil compaction caused by equipment weight

· Minor turf or grass disturbance or damage during access

· Surface cracking or shifting of driveways, sidewalks, or hardscape due to pre-existing weaknesses

· Damage to underground utilities, sprinkler lines, septic systems, drainage pipes, invisible fencing, or wiring that are not properly marked or disclosed prior to service

· Pre-existing structural issues that become visible during or after service

· Staining variations on concrete, pavers, or surfaces due to prior chemical exposure or age

Ground disturbance, surface marks, or minor landscape disruption are considered normal operational effects unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If conditions are unsafe, unstable, or materially different from what was represented at time of estimate, the Company reserves the right to:

· Pause work

· Revise pricing

· Decline continuation of service

Client is responsible for ensuring:

· All underground utilities are disclosed and marked

· Sprinkler systems are turned off and properly identified

· Pets are secured

· Vehicles and personal property are removed from work areas

By approving service, Client acknowledges understanding that outdoor service work inherently involves risk to turf, grass and surrounding areas.

8. Concerns & Claims

Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 5 calendar days of service completion. Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the work. No refunds will be issued after services are completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

JB Property and Land Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service performed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
